Taking photographs of fireworks can be a little 'complicated but once you get to know how to set the DSLR camera properly, it should be a smooth ride for the rest of the night. If you do not have a digital SLR camera, sometimes the camera may have an environment that works even fireworks. The following settings are my recommended settings, if you have other suggestions or other ideas on what settings to use, feel free to post your suggestions in the comments. Recommended settings for the camera DSLR.(The settings may vary depending on the situation) Manual mode Shutter speed: 5 seconds (also set to "Bulb" if you use a cable release) Aperture: f/10 ISO 100 * Check if using a tripod. The vibrations could cause a blurred picture. * Make sure the camera is on manual focus. You could focus your camera on something far away and visible to make sure not to run with the blurry picture fireworks.
